Learning how to work with your body rather than against it, this complete birth education programme teaches simple but specific self-hypnosis, relaxation and breathing techniques so you can approach your baby’s birth with confidence and positivity.

 

Also giving dad or birthing partner the key skills and confidence to fulfill their vital role in supporting and protecting mum during pregnancy, labour and birth, deepening the bonding with baby, and the opportunity to both truly ‘enjoy’ this amazing and unique experience.
