Bumps and Buggy Fit

Bumps and Buggy Fit is a specifically designed low impact exercise class in the great outdoors for new mums who want to return to fitness, paying particular attention to key area such as back, abdominals and pelvic floor muscles.  Most importantly the class is great fun and a fab way to meet other new mummies. Babies can join in too and are very welcomed in a buggy or we support the use of appropriate slings, which can be provided form our Born to carry peer supporters.

Did you know that it can take a full 9-12 months to regain your pre-pregnancy body shape, weight and fitness level? So be kind to yourself and don’t expect too much too soon!

Please ensure that you have completed the relavant health form prior to attending your class.
