Fit Mummies

This specifically designed safe low impact exercise class is for new mums who are wanting to return to fitness or prepare for higher impact exercise following pregnancy and birth, or for those who are not so exercise inclined but who want to feel strong, energised and happy. We pay particular attention to key areas such as back, abdominals and pelvic floor muscles. Babies can join in too! As Born to Carry Peer Supporters we support the use of slings if babies are unsettled and want to stay close to mum (slings provided) Babies are also welcome in a pram, car seat or on a small play area.

Did you know that being active following birth has so many health benefits for you and your baby, and it is also fantastic fun!
