Relaxation, Breathing & Massage Workshop


A short, friendly, dynamic workshop for mums and dads-to-be to practice the all important art of deep relaxation, effective breathing, and therapeutic massage.  Great opportunity to meet and make new friends with other expectant parents and share thoughts, worries, and expectations.

Learning how to work with your body rather than against it, we will  teach simple but specific deep relaxation and breathing techniques so you can enjoy a calm and comfortable pregnancy and approach your baby’s birth with confidence and positivity.

Opportunity to learn and practice a range of massage techniques together, which you can use in pregnancy to relieve aching muscles and aid relaxation and better quality sleep. Effective massage strokes, techniques and positions for labour will be demonstrated and practiced so you feel confident and fully prepared for an active positive birth experience.
