If you do engage in any of our services we do collect a certain amount of personal health details via online submission by yourself. This is for insurance purposes to meet our Insurance Companies requirements, and to ensure your health and safety whilst engaging in our services.

If you contact us via the web form on our website your data will be protected by a secure socket layer. This site is hosted at WordPress.com, which is run by Automattic Inc. We use a standard WordPress service to collect anonymous information about users’ activity on the site, for example the number of users viewing pages on the site, to monitor and report on the effectiveness of the site and help to improve it. Once we have responded to your enquiry your data will be transferred to our local encrypted server located in the UK.

Where we store your Personal Data

 

All the data that we collect is stored on our encrypted server or back up drives in the UK or with our listed processors under contract.

 

All health forms are received and stored on devices that have a  security password, the details on the forms will only be available to the teachers undertaking the classes and will not be give to a third party.

 

We will store your name, email and phone number on a database in order to send out information re  classes attending, up coming/new classes, cancellations, latest news/newsletter and other relevant information relating to our services. No information is passed onto a third party, as well as sending you a personal email we also use  Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe or request to not receive information at anytime by emailing us.
